Ticket Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer wishing to participate for any reason, your options are to:
Read this in advance. We need to ensure the survival of this gathering in these difficult economic times, and therefore are not in a position to offer cash refunds. If you purchased tickets but for any reason you no longer plan to attend this year’s Confluence, your options are to:
1. Donate your tickets to one of our many needing and grateful Scholarship applicants
2. Transfer your tickets to next year, free of any price increases
3. Either Give or Sell your tickets to the persons of your choice – simply send us their names and email addresses and we’ll gladly register them
