TUESDAY ARRIVAL DAY

& Lodging Check-In

We recommend that you plan to arrive on-site or in the area no later than the afternoon of Tuesday July 9th, so that you have plenty of time to check-in to your Ft. Lewis or off-site lodging and are able to get some rest prior to the Wednesday morning registration rush.  The cafeteria will be open already Tuesday evening for supper if you like.

WEDNESDAY MORNING 

–––Confluence Sign-In–––

Everyone must sign-in and pick up their name tags at the Confluence Registration table 

prior to attending any classes.  

The main Registration/Sign-In period is scheduled for 

––8:00 am Wednesday July 10th––

in the backroom of the Healer’s Market ballroom.  Sign-in remains open all day Wednesday through Friday, so it’s no problem if you need to arrive later.

YOUR CONFLUENCE CLASSES

Enjoy over 100 day and evening classes over the course of this 4-day event, 

with each being either 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or 2.5 hrs in length, and with 5 or more different class topics to choose from in each of the many time slots ––

Wednesday through Saturday with bonus Sunday classes.

Everyone is encouraged to gather for Wolf’s Group Welcome, important event updates and announcements, an acknowledgment of your many wonderful teachers, 

and concluding with an incredibly inspiring talk by treasured Confluence icon

THE PLANTS & FAERIES MASQUERADE BALL

–––Your Big Annual Saturday Dance–– 

The cherished annual dance & party will be held either in the ballroom or outside on the rooftop terrace beneath the stars depending on weather:

THE HEALER’S MARKET

The large ballroom will feature circled easy chairs for informal conversation and networking with teachers and fellow attendees, as well as being host to our busy daily Healers Market!  Your personable teachers will have tables there showcasing their herbal products and providing information on their schools and services, along with other vendors offering their lovely arts and remedies for sale.

Wednesday though Saturday –– 7:30 am – 11:30 pm

KID’S VILLAGE & ACTIVITIES

Children are a vital element of this community and event, bring yours if you possibly can!  

This year Rain McCue will be hosting a wonder-filled Plant Healer Kid’s Village 

all 4 days of the gathering, with both an indoor room & outdoor space:

9:15 am - 5:55 pm Wednesday through Saturday

SUNDAY BONUS CLASSES

& Return Travel Day

The Confluence concludes after the big dance party Saturday night.  Sunday is your return travel day, although you are encouraged to participate in the scheduled post-event experiences, field trips and plant walks, or just to stick around the area to explore its truly amazing landscapes and flora.
